RAPIDO SHIPPING CUSTOMER REWARDS PROGRAM

Our customers will be rewarded based on their shipping frequencies within a month. There are four (4) Ranks of customers. These ranks allow customers to receive different rate of discounts.  The customer ranks are named as follows:

1^st Rank = Important Customer (IC) 

2^nd Rank = Very Important Customer (VIC)

3^rd Rank = Very Very Important Customer (VVIC) 

4^th Rank = Elite Customer (EC)

To attain the 1^st rank the customer must have at least 5 Shipments and/or have recommend 5 customers that used the service within a month. This rank of customer (IC) will be given 2% discount on applicable fees. 

To attain the 2^nd rank the customer must have at least 10 Shipments and/or have recommend 10 customers that used the service within a month. This rank of customer (VIC) will be given 5% discount on applicable fees.

To attain the 3^rd rank the customer must have at least 20 Shipments and/or have recommend 20 customers that used the service within a month. This rank of customer (VVIC) will be given 10% discount on applicable fees.

To attain the 4^th rank the customer must have at least 50 Shipments and/or have recommend 50 customers that used the service within a month. This rank of customer (EC) will be given 20% discount on applicable fees.

Disclaimer

To maintain your ranking the following must apply for the various ranks. IC customers must have at least ONE (1) shipment per month. VIC customers must have at least TWO (2) shipments per month. V VIC must have at least THREE (3) shipments per month while EC customers must have at least FOUR (4) shipments per month. 

Anyone who fails to achieve the criteria outlined will be dropped to the lower rank.

NB: The discounts on fees are not applicable to Custom Charges.
